Cancellation Policy
Please don’t bring extra guests/ children! Although we love kids, we strive for a relaxing and enjoyable service! Every client has a 10 minute grace period to be in my suite! You can be up to 15 minutes late with a $15 late fee. If you’re running late please message me, I’m understanding! Anything past 15min will be cancelled! 2 rescheduled appointments are allowed with 1 deposit. 3rd time will require a new deposit. The deposit is non refundable and will go towards your service. Payments are due in cash or card. I charge 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows Or cancellations within 24hours of the scheduled appointment. No Refunds
